Full Story
The 'Elite' Program is designed for Experienced Field Agents who are looking for maximum commissions. These agents need VERY LITTLE hand-holding.
Elite Agents work 20-35 leads per week.
They are willing to travel outside of their county of residence, knowing that a lead is simply an opportunity,
excuse or reason to knock on a door.
They don't make excuses when clients don't answer the door or answer their phone, they know it's part of sales. The Successful Elite Agent believes in different streams of income.
They broaden their opportunity to work Medicare Advantage (MAPD's), Medicare Supplements, Ancillaries
(Hospital Indemnities & Cancer) and Annuities (We have an Annuity In-House Coach to assist and direct you in
making sales) while using a Final Expense 'Direct Mail Lead' to break the ice. **
The 'Impact' Program is the same as an Elite agent yet, prefers a lower commission for a lower lead cost. They feel more comfortable for a lower weekly lead amount due. **
** The Refundable security deposits amounts (IMO Requirement) varies by lead program, area your work and the amount of weekly leads.
All agents are required to start by buying Aged Leads to see if you feel comfortable door knocking.
The 'Broker' Program
This program is designed for agents that are happy where they are and are looking to continue building their momentum. This program allows you to add missing carriers in your line-up with our organization. You can continue to run your business exactly how you are running it, with additional carriers in your bag.
This means having some "niche" carriers that pay you a higher commission levels & 'Day 1' coverage for certain
health issues than your current carriers offer.
This higher commission program starts agents (depending on experience) at
115% - 120% for Final Expense
120% - 125% - 130% for Term
This is also a good program for agents that want to "feel" out our organization before joining.
Common Questions
Are we a captive or independent organization?
A: Our company is 100% independent.
We don't even require the agent to sign a contract.
However, our Free Lead Program is Captive with your Final Expense & Term carriers.
Are my leads going to be resold?
A: Absolutely not! Once you choose your territory, we lock it down for you and only you!
The leads inside that territory are yours forever.
How do I get paid?
A: Your advances and renewals are paid directly from the insurance carriers!
With us, your book of business is yours only and you are vested from your 1st application.
Can I be released if needed?
A: Yes,
You can be released at anytime as long you have no debt with the carriers and no outstanding lead bills.
Will I be micromanaged?
A: No!
You are an independent agent and are in control of your own business.
You will be guided yet, not micromanaged.
We want you to sell, sell, sell!
Can I build a Team / Agency here?
A: Absolutely!
Although, we discourage agents from building a team until they have a weekly system that is working and they
have saved up some money.
You can't expect someone to follow you if you are struggling yourself.
We will also assist in your growth.
Common Issues We Hear From Agents:
** I want to add additional products, but my IMO doesn't offer them.
** I never know what areas my leads will be coming from.
** The leads I'm working from my current IMO have been sold to other agents.
** I am working leads that another agent has already been out to see!

Training
Training is an extremely crucial part of this business.
Practicing Closing Skill and Rebuttals.
Whether you are experienced or brand new to the industry, you will learn from our training.
We make sure agent are taught everything to become successful from door knocking, warm up, presentation,
transitioning, showing pricing, soft closes all the way to an e-application with a proper cool down with asking
for referrals.
Our training includes an in-depth university that takes you through every subject of this business in order.
It teaches you what to do before you go see a client, while you are there & after you've made the sale.
We also offer ride along trainings and a training call EVERY MORNING at 9:00 am EST.
Agent Hotline
It doesn't matter if you are an experienced agent or a brand new agent, you will find yourself in a house and up
against a question that you do not know the answer.
This could be a medication, health condition, objection that caught you off guard or just a basic carrier question
that you have never went up against yet.
When this happens, we have designed an Agent Hotline that allows you to call into a number and it rings every
top agent / agency owner in our organization at once.
Someone will answer and give you instant support while you are in the field.
